หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for the sales of the company's B2B products, independently undertake quarterly/annual sales targets, and complete core KPIs such as contract amount, collection rate, and customer growth.
• Ensure continuous growth in performance through strategies such as new customer development and in-depth management of old customers.
• Independently explore target industry customers (such as e-commerce, logistics, food delivery, taxi, etc.), cover the decision-making chain (from business departments to procurement, IT and senior management), and efficiently promote business opportunity conversion.
• Regularly analyze customer needs, coordinate product and technical teams to customize solutions, and improve customer stickiness.
• Control the entire process from lead acquisition to contract collection, effectively manage customer pipelines, and ensure that sales actions are quantifiable and traceable.
• Regularly review sales data, adjust strategies in a targeted manner, and continuously optimize.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor trends, feedback market information to the internal team, and assist in optimizing product pricing, selling points and sales strategies.

• Bachelor degree or above;
• More than 3 years of B2B Internet/software product sales experience, with successful cases of independently completing annual sales of tens of millions, and having connections with customers in the technology industry or Internet companies. Candidates who are familiar with customer needs in industries such as e-commerce, logistics, food delivery, and taxis and have good customer relationships will be given priority.
• Familiar with corporate procurement processes, able to quickly locate key decision makers and establish trust relationships.
• Sensitive to data, able to discover sales bottlenecks and problems through data analysis, and propose solutions.
• Familiar with the market environment in Southeast Asia and Thailand, with strong market sensitivity and insight; strong interpersonal communication skills and sales negotiation skills.
• Cheerful personality, strong work enthusiasm, willing to accept challenges, and able to withstand pressure.
